3-layer Almond Meringue cake filled with thick Caramel Sauce and Whipped cream creates a luxurious combination. It’s also a no-flour cake except for wafers around for decoration, which could be easily substituted¬† for sliced almonds or chocolate bark. Peony flower is made of White Modeling Chocolate, so it’s obviously edible and very delicious.

Delicious Strawberry Mille-feuille cake with light creme patisserie (traditional pastry cream folded with whipped cream) and fresh sliced strawberries. Top of the cake is iced with piped whipped cream and decorated with edible photo.  Much appreciated alternative to a traditional sponge cake / buttercream birthday treat.

I slightly changed classic recipe by adding Irish Cream liqueur instead of vanilla in the cream and leaving egg out. Eating raw eggs is making some people uncomfortable, so whipped cream and mascarpone cheese create a great-tasting light but stiff cream filling.
